The Universal cavity wall weep ventilator can be fitted with a fully baffled perpendicular joint height or with a reduced baffle for concealed outlet.
• Suitable for ventilating masonry cavity wall constructions
• Should be fitted in open perp joints, mortared into position, and spaced at no greater than 900mm centres.
• To meet N.H.B.C guidelines, it is recommended fitting at every 450mm (MAXIMUM) with at least 2 per opening above doors and windows.
• Suitable for Timber framed

• The vent has a baffled grill and body to reduce the ingress of driving rain and wind.
• The grill size is specifically designed to be wide enough not to be blocked by water droplets, debris or paint, but still able to stop large nest building insects
