The Flexi-load range of polymeric DPCs are a well-established range of damp proof courses and accessories, designed to meet the increasing demands of the construction market. They are tough and flexible and perform well under high compressive loads.

  • Supplied on 20m rolls in width ranges from 100mm to 1000mm
  • To be used as a flexible cavity tray system
  • Site formed to manage the downward passage of water.
  • To prevent the passage of moisture from the ground rising into the fabric of the building.
  • Can be used in heavy loading situations, such as in multi storey buildings
  • Suitable for DPC cavity tray applications at ground level
  • Contains no hazardous pitch or bitumen
  • Will not extrude under load
  • Outstanding puncture and tear resistance
  • Embossed to increase adhesion and reduce slippage
  • Flexible at low temperatures
  • Available in a range of standard widths
